Charlottetown Holidays
Charlottetown is the capital of Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province, known for its historic charm, maritime culture, and friendly atmosphere. Since hosting the famous Charlottetown Conference in 1864 the city has been known as the 'Birthplace of Confederation' as this is where the Canadian Confederation was first proposed which grew into the modern-day Canada we know and love. This historic city packs a lot into a small footprint making it extremely walkable and it's island setting gives it a relaxed atmosphere where you're never far from the iconic red sandstone cliffs or a fantastic sandy beach. In Charlottetown you can easily find the freshest lobster you will likely ever taste, and a city brimming with culture from regular live shows and events to the fascinating Acadian Mi’kmaq heritage sewn into the very fibre of the island.
